Pennsylvania state police reported a two vehicle crash occurred in the area 2175 Stigel Pike and South Cherry Lane in Lebanon County. The two vehicles were traveling from different directions when they eventually clashed with each other. According to the report one of the vehicles operator had to be freed by mechanical means and had to be flown to Penn State Hershey Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The other operator was left with minor injuries, the police report says. Both vehicles were taken away from the scene.
